First: Complete an enrollment packet and tell your dentist you want the Store-A-Tooth service.  We will send you the tooth collection kit with instructions.

Second: Bring this kit to your dentist the day the teeth are coming out, and your dentist will help you collect and send your teeth overnight to the laboratory.

Third: Our lab will receive the sample, collect the cells inside, and cryopreserve the tissue. You'll get a report detailing the status of the cells. The stem cells will be cryopreserved until you need them.
