Notes:
- *A "Sample" can be a single tooth or as many as four teeth as long as they are collected and shipped simultaneously. For example, if wisdom teeth are extracted or several teeth pulled at one time for orthodontia, then you pay only a single sample fee for processing and storage.
- *Processing of all subsequent Samples is discounted to $375 (a savings of over 40%)
- *All prices above are for Whole Tissue Service. Stem cells and pulp are collected from the tooth and cryopreserved as is.

- Family Savings Plan: the annual Storage Fee is waived for 3rd and subsequent Samples (an extra savings of $120/year per sample)
Service Options:
- Culture Cell Service - $425 - Stem cells are cultured prior to cryopreservation to confirm the presence of and dramatically increase the quantity of stem cells stored. Recommended for the first baby tooth. Lab Report includes confirmation that stem cells are present.
- Combined Service - $500 - Best of both worlds - A portion of the sample will be stored as whole tissue in addition to the Cultured Cell Service above. Requires at least two teeth collected and sent at the same time.
