What is Store-A-Tooth?
Store-A-Tooth is a service that lets you preserve the stem cells in your or your children's teeth. Instead of throwing out your child's baby tooth (or putting it under the pillow), or having your dentist's office discard his or her extracted wisdom teeth, consider storing these precious dental stem cells that could one day be useful for a number of dental or medical applications.

How does it work?
Once you enroll, we will ship the Store-A-Tooth Tooth Collection and Transport kit to you in time for your dentist or oral surgeon to collect the tooth or teeth for safe shipment back to our lab. Once in the lab, if the teeth pass our initial inspection, the dental pulp and tissue that contains the stem cells is harvested, processed, and stored in cryogenic tanks until needed by your healthcare provider. We will send you a report confirming that the tissue was received and successfully processed. If you have further questions about the process, please call us toll-free at 1-877-867-5753.

First, there is evidence that the younger the tooth or the donor is, the more potent the stem cells are. Second, Store-A-Tooth preserves dental stem cells from teeth that are already extracted or removed by a dentist – which would otherwise be thrown away – so there is no extra procedure, discomfort, or inconvenience for you or your child.
